The Youth Hub (TYH), focusses on the set-up of PBSA/ co-living/ short & long stay Investment Platforms in Europe.
We are the local Investment, Development and Asset Manager, in structures with investors in GP/ LP, Joint Venture or Club Deal set-up.
Swiss Student Housing Platform
TYH is the dedicated Investment and Development Manager for a Swiss Anlagestiftung (Foundation), with a hard close foreseen at CHF 700 Mio., giving the Foundation (including a 25% leverage) a total all-in-cost value of approx. CHF 1 Bln.
The Foundation will invest in student housing in the larger university cities in Switzerland, building up a portfolio of up to 3.500 beds, spread over approx. 15 assets.
Dutch PBSA & co-living platform
TYH is currently* in the process of structuring, in a Joint Venture, a PBSA & co-living platform in the Netherlands, with the goal to develop up to 1.500 beds in the Platform.

German PBSA Acquisition
TYH in collaboration with stakeholders is currently underwriting the acquisition of a limited number of to be developed PBSA assets in Germany.
TYH in collaboration with local investment professionals is advising Ukrainian Universities on the possibilities of the development of PBSA assets in their cities and/ or campuses, after the war has ended.
