TYH is set-up by European real estate veterans, having developed, acuired and managed > 1.5 Bln. in real estate during the investment lifetime.
Mission
We are on a mission to provide in the coming five years, 10.000 high quality alternative living spaces to the younger generations, who increaslingy find it difficult to find accomodations suiting their wishes.
Vision
Our vision is that students, young travellers and young professionals increasingly demand living solutions which caters for their specific wishes, while the current residential developments still cater for the previous generations.
To adjust for this dislocation, The Youth Hub develops multiple Alternative Residential Platforms across Europe.
